The Art Deco unit can accommodate up to four people.  There is a queen-sized bed that sleeps two, 1 futon in the bedroom that sleeps 1, and another futon in the living room.

It is located at Jefferson Avenue, between Lincoln Road and 16th street. For exact location please the here for map.

How is the parking situation?

The Art Deco unit does not have a parking in the building but there are plenty of street parking spaces and parking lots nearby. Street parking is open to everyone during the day, and at night it becomes residential so you need to park in a meter or a parking lot. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept debit and credit card payments.  Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal is also accepted.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

They are flexible, although most people chec-in at around noon.

How far is the unit from the airport?

The unit is 15 to 20 minutes away from the Miami International Airport.

Do you ask for a deposit

Not usually. Just for certain events like Memorial Weekend, WMC and other special events. The deposit is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property.

Do you charge a cleaning fee?

Absolutely not. You will receive a spotless unit as part of our service, there is no extra charge for this

Do I need to bring linens and utensils?

No, the units are fully equipped with linens and utensils. It has towels, sheets, comforters and utensils such as glasses and plates.  

How about taxes?

Taxes are included in the price.  

How far is the unit from Jackson Memorial Hospital?

Driving is about 10 minutes
